There’s a great post on EatingBees today from the mother of all mods, Sanya Weathers, on why the job of forum moderators can be insanely difficult without expressly written terms of use and a community that buys into those terms.
If you’re planning on adding forums to your site (and I know that some of you who read this blog are planning just that), you’ll be doing yourself a favour by adding her feed to your RSS reader. She’s intelligent, witty as hell, and is a total potty mouth. What’s not to love?
